Only recently have I also been backing up the Final Cut Pro backups (which you can find in Users>Movies >Final Cut Pro Backups) which are the automatic library data files that Final Cut Pro generates with each Library. Now, I work exclusively on external hard drives with footage + Final Cut Pro libraries also backed up two times over. As mentioned previously, I'd save everything into my internal MacBook hard drive.
